MEET THE COACH

Hello there,
 
I'm Sean, a Certified Holistic Health Coach on a quest to help you achieve a healthy mentality, create and stick to a doable healthy habits action plan, and reset your mind, body, and spirit.

I understand how it feels to be overcome by my mental state and feel like it's preventing me from achieving my objectives. All the time, I battled with limiting beliefs, anxiety, and worry, which constantly got in the path of my objectives.

It was time to make a change, and I knew the right path to get my health on track was with a healthy mindset first which would in turn lead to a healthier body. 

I'd love for you to experience true health by implementing more healthy, achievable habits in your life that promote a healthy mentality, body, and spirit.
 

MY STORY

All my life my Mom was very sick. Despite years and years of doctors’ visits, various surgeries, and many specialist appointments her health has never improved in over 45 years! In my 30s I noticed that I was going down the same path as my Mom. I was having nightmares of going through excruciating painful surgeries like her and never seeing any improvement in health, energy levels or general well being. By my 40s I was taking more and more prescriptions and getting more and more health concerns including gaining extra weight! Nothing was helping me either!

After being so frustrated and unhappy with my quality of life, I decided to take matters into my own hands. The changes I made are like those in this detox. Within 6 months I cleared up most of my symptoms, and as a side effect I LOST 100 pounds in the same first 6 months! 

I was off to a new life. Since then, I am on a mission to help thousands of people–men and women, just like me, live their lives healthy and much happier, whilst keeping the excess pounds off.
